Complete redesign of a public-procurement SaaS platform for the construction industry — UX research, design system and React front-end development.
Centralis is a SaaS platform for public procurement in the construction industry, connecting public buyers with contractors and service providers. The previous version was neither ergonomic nor professional-looking: information exchanged between buyers and providers kept getting lost along the way. The mission: turn it into a true SaaS platform.
A complete redesign carried out over one year, with the entire UX/UI and front-end development in my hands. The real challenge: the platform is radically different depending on who is logged in — public buyer or provider — with many permission levels shaping every single screen. I mapped each profile's journeys, prototyped everything in Figma, and built a design system to keep all interfaces consistent.
A professional SaaS platform where each profile gets a space designed for its own needs: a directory filterable by trade and region, structured exchanges between buyers and providers — no more lost information — and fine-grained permission management. All built in React, in close collaboration with the back-end team.
