Automation & operations

I automate the repetitive tasks that eat your days: incoming enquiries that file themselves, follow-ups that go out on time, quotes and content prepared without you. Bespoke no-code workflows (n8n), robust and documented — you save hours every week without hiring.

How I work

  1. 01

    Map

Together we list your recurring tasks and their real cost in time. We pick the automations with the best return — not the flashy ones.

  2. 02

    Build

I build your workflows on n8n or the tool that fits your stack: forms, CRM, email, invoicing, social media. Every automation is tested on your real cases.

  3. 03

    Harden

Error handling, notifications, anti-spam guards: an automation that fails silently is worse than none. Mine tell you when something is off.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Clear documentation and training: you understand what runs, you know how to adjust it, and you stay in control of your tools.

What you get

from €1,500

A first automation project (for example: form → spam filtering → CRM → notification) starts at €1,500. Larger projects are quoted after mapping your processes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What can I actually automate?

The most profitable cases: incoming enquiry handling (form, filtering, CRM, notification), customer follow-ups, quote and invoice preparation, content publishing, tool-to-tool sync. This very site uses an n8n workflow for its contact enquiries.

What is n8n?

n8n is an open-source automation tool — think Zapier or Make, but more flexible and without per-task costs that explode. Your data stays yours, and you are not locked into any subscription.

How much does automation cost?

A first complete workflow starts at €1,500. The right question is the return: an automation that saves you three hours a week pays for itself within months — then keeps working for you for years.

Do I need technical skills to use it afterwards?

No. Once in place, the automation runs on its own and alerts you if something goes wrong. I train you on common adjustments and the documentation covers the rest.

Can AI be part of these automations?

Yes — and that is often where it is most useful: smart enquiry triage, draft replies, content preparation. See my AI integration service to go further.
